Forjum Cardio mobile app — offline operation, no account, profile and planner data on your device.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Forjum, reachable at forjumapp@gmail.com.

2. What the app does

Forjum Cardio helps you plan and view cardio-training-related information. Core features (profile, calculations, preferences, saving planner state) are designed so that your profile and plan data are not sent to Forjum for those purposes.

No account or sign-in is required to use the app.

3. Data that may be processed

Depending on what you enter, the device may store information such as: profile label or name, body or demographic inputs used by the planner, training goals and preferences, equipment selection, health or effort-related values you choose to provide, language and unit settings, and the saved planner state.

This information is used only to run the app on your device (calculate, display, restore after you close the app).

4. Where data is stored

Data is kept locally using platform-provided app storage on your phone or tablet. Forjum does not operate its own cloud archive or central database tied to day-to-day use of the app in the version described here.

5. Collection by Forjum

Forjum does not collect your profile or plan content from the app by transmitting it to Forjum systems. The app does not use in-app behavioural analytics, behavioural advertising, or similar processing towards you in the version described here.

If you email forjumapp@gmail.com, we will process what is needed to handle your request (e.g. your address and message content) for support and communication purposes.

6. Internet and third parties

Core planner features do not rely on uploading your personal data to Forjum servers. Your device and the app stores (Apple, Google) may carry out their own processing (updates, security, platform diagnostics) as independent controllers, under their respective policies. Installing and updating the app from a store is governed by your relationship with that provider.

7. Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete it in the app (profile reset or delete-data features) or uninstall the app, subject to operating-system behaviour. You can remove information at any time via the app or your device’s application storage settings.

8. Security

Security also depends on your device (screen lock, updates, avoiding malware). Protect your device and be careful with unprotected copies of any exports you create (e.g. backup text or files), if those features are available.

9. Your rights

Where applicable law provides rights (including GDPR/UK GDPR), you may contact Forjum at forjumapp@gmail.com. For data that exists only on the device, deletion via the app or uninstalling is often the most direct way to remove it.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The app is not intended for children below the age at which consent for data processing is valid under applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided data inappropriately, please contact us.
