Forjum Cardio — offline planner use, data on your device, no mandatory account.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service description
Forjum Cardio is software for planning and viewing cardio-training-related information based on data and settings you provide. Core features are available without an account, and related profile and planner data are stored on your device, as described in the privacy policy.
3. Requirements
Use is subject to the rules of the store from which you download the app (Apple App Store, Google Play) and to applicable law. No Forjum account is required to use the app in its current form.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully, not to compromise the security or integrity of the app or third-party systems, and not to copy or exploit the software or content beyond what the law or your store licence allows.
5. Health — important notice
The app is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Physical activity involves risk. Consult a professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have medical conditions, symptoms, or doubts.
6. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Forjum does not collect your profile or plan content by sending it to Forjum systems in ordinary use of the app in its current form.
7. Intellectual property
Branding, text, graphics, code, and other app materials remain owned by Forjum or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on your device, subject to these terms and store rules.
8. Third-party software
The app may include open-source or third-party libraries, each under its own licence, as indicated in technical project documentation where applicable.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forjum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of on-device data, loss of profits, or interruptions. The app is provided «as is»; we do not guarantee specific training outcomes or error-free operation.
10. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Forjum harmless from claims arising from unlawful use of the app or breach of these terms.
11. Suspension & termination
We may stop distributing or updating the app or restrict use where required by law or store policies. You may stop using the app at any time, for example by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law & disputes
Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence or domicile remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. To the extent not otherwise mandatory, these terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For consumers, competent courts are those provided by applicable consumer law (including, where relevant, Italian consumer rules).
