What does Forjum Cardio calculate?

It builds individualized intensity zones and weekly sessions using your profile and functional inputs (for example HR, HR max, VO2max where available).

Can I import data from Apple Health / Health Connect?

Yes. During onboarding (and later from settings) you can import available metrics like height, weight, HR values, blood pressure, and VO2max where supported.

Does my data leave the phone?

In normal use, profile and plan content is not sent to Forjum servers. See our privacy policy.

Which devices are supported?

iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) on compatible OS versions listed in each store.

Is this medical advice?
